How do I sign up?

You have received your Dr. LeWinn’s Rewards Welcome Pack and now you would like to sign up? Easy - just go to www.drlewinnsrewards.com, enter the supplied member ID and password and register as outlined. You will need an email address that belongs to you. This email address serves also as your alternative member ID. If you do not have an email address, please register an email address with any email provider such as www.gmail.com or http://www.yahoo.com.au/ and then use that email address to register.

If you do not have internet access, please call Dr. LeWinn’s Head Office on 03 9676 1800 and one of our staff will create a member account for you.


How can I redeem my Points?

Once you have collected enough Points, just redeem them with your Area Sales Manager when they visit your store. Your Area Sales Manager will add your Reward to your stock order and the Reward will be delivered with the next stock order delivery to your store. Make sure that you know the product code and name of the Reward when you order; you can find the latest Rewards on www.drlewinnsrewards.com. Please remember, that all Rewards are only available while stocks last!


I cannot have rewards sent to my work place. What can I do?

Please advise your Area Sales Manager of these circumstances and they will send your Reward to the address supplied by you. Please DO NOT use a PO BOX as an address.


How long does it take for my Reward to arrive?

If the item is available at our warehouse, it will be delivered with the next stock delivery (within 1-2 weeks). If you require delivery to a private address, you will receive your Reward within 4-6 weeks after placing the order with your Area Sales Manager.


The reward I ordered is not available anymore. What do I do?

We only have limited amounts of each Reward in stock and we reserve the right to replace Rewards with new stock of similar value. If you want to know what is currently on offer, please visit www.drlewinnsrewards.com and view our latest Rewards portfolio. In case you have missed out on an item, just look for an alternative item of the same value on
www.drlewinnsrewards.com and order it with your Area Sales Manager when they visit your store.


I have not yet received my Reward. What do I do?

  1. If your Reward has been sent together with the normal stock order to store and it has not arrived with the stock, please contact Dr. LeWinn’s Head Office on 03 9676 1800. Please have your member ID and the product code of the Reward ordered available when you call to facilitate the process.
  2. If your Reward has been sent to a private mailing address and it has not arrived within 4-6 weeks, please contact Dr. LeWinn’s Head Office on 03 9676 1800. Please have your member I.D. and the product code of the Reward ordered available when you call to facilitate the process.
